Model Interiors is both a  Full Service Interior Design and Home Staging studio founded by Barbara Rudberg over 30 years ago servicing Toronto and the GTA.  Her design journey began working with homeowners creating luxury home renovations and kitchens. Over time Barbara’s expertise in Interior Design and Home Staging attracted the attention of home builders, ultimately leading to her success.

Her vision is to collaborate with her clients and bring together spatial layouts adding  warmth and dimension to her design.

As a detail-oriented, hands-on professional with a keen eye for unique floor plans and design qualities that suit her clients' needs, Barbara exceeds expectations. Along with her team of designers and decor consultants, she will bring the dream to life and help sell it.

Barbara’s knowledge and expertise extend to construction, from planning, conception, permit drawings, foundation and framing, allowing her to complete full turnkey custom home construction projects. Her experience includes constructing 4000 sq. ft custom homes and she also has a sound understanding of LEED sustainability programs, energy efficiency and project management.

Barbara has an impressive track record, which includes completing dozens of Model Homes and Condo Suites, designing numerous Decor Centers with sales exceeding $20 million in upgrades. She has also been involved in developing spatial planning and design for sales offices in both high-rise and low-rise communities, and has been responsible for the interior design of condominium common areas, including corridor plans.

In addition, Barbara is a former chair of the BILD Membership committee and has been featured in prominent publications such as the Toronto Star, National Post, Globe and Mail, and New Homes and Condo Magazine.
